Bake and Shake: Smooth Berry Buttercream


Buttercream goes best with cupcake, but I am never a fan of those grainy textured buttercream that is always too sweet but this buttercream recipe that I'm going to share with you is different. It is creamy, smooth and not too sweet.

*CAUTION: Care should be taken when making sugar syrup. They are extremely hot and will stick on skin when spilled or splattered causing serious burns!
